Nigerians are still reacting to the comments credited to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that repentant Boko Haram members can become president of Nigeria ahead Igbos.
Kanu stated this during his live broadcast on Saturday, 8th of February, 2020 via.
The IPOB’s leader said that Igbo People cannot become president in Nigeria but repentant Boko Haram can be president.
Meanwhile, the comment has attracted a lot of debate among Nigerians as many people disagreed with him, while others said that he is correct.
@Tolulase said that these so called repentant Boko Haram members are illiterate, they don’t go to school. So, how can they become president? I don’t believe in that.
@Goodluck3 said that Igbo will become president of Nigeria in 2023, that all Igbos should learn how to support themselves.
@Chuks backed Kanu, that Igbo should not be deceived with the 2023 presidency, nothing like that.
More reactions are still trailing the claim by Nnamdi Kanu that repentant Boko Haram members can become president in Nigeria, but Igbo man cannot. Do you believe what Kanu said?
