IPOB accuses Igbo leaders of plotting to derail Biafra agitation

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has accused south-east political leaders of working in cahoot with the federal government to disband the group and end Biafra agitation.

The group made the claim yesterday while providing further insights on the reason its members launched an attack on the former deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, last week at Nuremberg in Germany.

In a statement signed by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, IPOB accused the Southeast leaders of a plot to assassinate its exiled leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and kill the dream of an independent Biafra nation.
