There is huge celebration in the camp of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) after their leader Nnamdi Kanu was named Guardian’s man of the year award for the second time.
Although Nigeria Government has proscribed the group, but relentless effort of Nnamdi Kanu has been noticed. The ability of Nnamdi Kanu to speak out and lead a non-violent pro-independence group IPOB has made him famous man which earns him Man of the Year for 2019 after a public vote.
Nnamdi through persuasive message of freedom has enable him to gather all lot of goodwill both home and abroad. His followers keep increasing day in, day out no wonder he was named Africa Guardian’s man of the year in 2018 which he successfully retained in 2019.
His followers so much believe in his quest to restore Biafra, Although he is not in Nigeria right now, but they connect with him on their platform, Radio Biafra. He’s seen and regarded as the chosen one who’s sent to liberate the indegenous people of Biafra from Nigeria. And that he’s meant to complement the unfinished work chukwuma Ojukwu, the fore runner of Biafra.
